Two weeks ago, work on a Justice For All spec house began in Hull. This is the fifth spec house in five years for the Rock Valley-based ministry and it’s located at 1703 Sixth St. Others were built in Orange City, Rock Valley, Sioux Center and the last house was moved into Doon.
