Sioux County Fair is July 10-14

This year’s Sioux County Fair will be Tuesday through Saturday, July 10-14 at the Sioux County Fairgrounds in Sioux Center.

The week’s activities for youth include inflatables, mini train rides, pony rides, petting zoo, Special K’s the Clown, Mr. Twister and kids’ pedal tractor pull.

Thursday night highlights include the Sprint Car Showdown beginning at 7 p.m. Friday is Kids’ Day and a greased pig contest. Evening entertainment will be the gospel quartet Masters Voice under the big tent beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The Sioux County Fair will host Commercial Chaos for a Cure Saturday. The Great Plains Tractor Pullers will pull Saturday evening in the grandstands, followed by a free concert featuring Locked N Loaded.

The ribbon auction will conclude the Sioux County fair Monday, July 16 at 9 a.m.
