Class 2A cross-country state qualifying Western Christian boys are off to ORANGE CITY-The Western Christian boys had a plan for the Class 2A state qualifying meet in Orange City Thursday and the Wolfpack executed that plan, earning a trip to the state cross-country meet in Fort Dodge Saturday (Oct. 29).

HULL-Boyden-Hull had an up-and-down performance in its first-round match against Sibley-Ocheyedan Tuesday, Oct. 18 in Class 1A Region 1 volleyball tournament action, but the Comets played well enough overall to earn a 25-11, 25-18, 25-22 victory.

ROCK RAPIDS—Class 2A second-ranked Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley raced out to an early 14-0 lead and had an answer for everything Central Lyon/George-Little Rock threw at them, securing the 28-14 Class 2A District 1 championship.
